About the role

You have the desire, we have the place! We are looking for passionate people to manage our domains as if it were their own. There is no typical profile but you should have some experience that meets our criteria. You will be trained in our Domains & Events corporate culture and how we manage our Domains. It is preferable to have experience in the hotel and catering field or in domain management (castles). If not, you can apply for the Apprentice Director program.

Missions
  • The management of a site (between 300 and 3000 m2) in real autonomy, under the supervision of the Domains & Events group and with the support of the headquarters teams (operations management, sales department, sales department, accounting, accounting, training, HR...).
  • Relying on your Event Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating client events both at weddings and seminars (personalized welcome, ensuring that any prior request is taken into account in terms of the rooms, the table, the rooms, etc.). You will divide the tasks between you and your team, flexibility is the order of the day in our areas.
  • The management of team members (between 3 and 6 people: Event Manager, Chambermaid (s), Technician, gardener...), as well as service providers who intervene on the various events (caterers, DJs, florists, florists, team building activities...). You will be responsible for recruiting, training and sharing values, and as a true leader, you will know how to use everyone's expertise.
  • Respect for a budget and the heritage of a domain. You will have to control expenses without reducing quality, you will identify the investments to be undertaken based on the feedback of the participants.
  • You will ensure the regular maintenance of the estate.
  • Ensure, respect and enforce security and compliance with the standards and regulations in force.

●      External communications: Create emailing campaigns andnewsletters for clients and prospects, and analyse their performance

As part of our development, weare looking for a Management Controller Apprentice to support management instructuring the group's financial performance tools and those of its estates.

Reporting to the Head ofDevelopment and working alongside the sales, operations, finance, and tools& process teams, you will contribute to analysing the company'sperformance, ensuring data reliability, and implementing decision-making tools.
