Domaines & événements was born out of the Covid crisis and the pressing need to professionalise the management of event venues, particularly in the countryside.

NicolasTommasini
Nicolas is an entrepreneur, real estate and hotel professional. He was CEO of MaMaison Hotels, a collection of more than 25 hotels in Central and Eastern Europe, which he created and developed active by active, with a centralized management company in Prague. Former CEO of Orco Property Group, he has led numerous iconic real estate or hotel projects in Europe (Zlota Tower in Warsaw, Suncani Hvar Hotels in Croatia...). In 2016 he repositioned and sold Hakeburg Castle in Berlin.
After buying and opening Domaine de La Thibaudière in 2018-2019, he decided to found two companies:
- Domains & events, management company that brings performance and professionalism to managed places.
- D&é Invest, which combines its real estate investments and business assets in event areas.

LéoWeymiens
With a background in hospitality, Léo specialised in the sector's property issues through an MSc in Hospitality Management at ESSEC, in partnership with the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair. He then gained his first experience in hotel development at B&B Hotels Western Europe, before moving into hotel brokerage at CBRE Hotels.
Léo joined Domaines & événements as Head of Development and Deputy to the Chairman. He is responsible for identifying and assessing new assets, building business plans and financing structures, and overseeing acquisition and refurbishment projects. He also contributes to the company's overall strategy in close collaboration with the Chairman.

MélissaBeaudouin
With a Master's degree in e-business, Mélissa started her career in digital technology before evolving into management and business organization functions. First in a group specialized in communication and digital technology, then in an international environment, while supporting entrepreneurs in the creation and development of their business.
Mélissa joined Domaines & événements in February 2025 as Deputy to the Chairman, tasked with structuring and developing the group's operations by implementing suitable tools and processes. Performance monitoring allows her to identify areas for optimisation and to lead strategic projects. Her role also includes contributing to marketing direction to ensure initiatives stay aligned with the group's vision.

NicolasGaudin
A seasoned professional in the MICE sector, Nicolas Gaudin has more than 15 years of experience in the development and operational management of establishments dedicated to corporate seminars and high-end events.
He worked for nearly 14 years at Châteauform', the European leader in residential seminars, where he first managed a seminar hotel in France, before taking over operations in Germany as Country Manager. In this position, he managed the deployment of more than 8 locations in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, combining economic performance, quality of welcome and managerial innovation.
Subsequently, Nicolas supported the establishment of the French brand Cleanskin in Germany.
Today, Nicolas Gaudin puts his strategic and operational expertise at the service of Domaines & Events as Director of Operations and Business Development. Nicolas manages all domain operations, ensuring the quality of the customer experience, the profitability of the sites and the upgrading of the event offer.

IngridLe Sciellour
Since 2011, Ingrid has supported the commercial development of the MICE sector by designing 360° experiences with high added value. With a background in major players in events, gastronomy and hospitality, she has managed strategic customer portfolios and coordinated teams around each stage of the customer journey.
At D&é, Ingrid drives the company's business vision and growth priorities in line with senior management's ambitions. Her mission: to foster collaboration between departments to develop key accounts, lead client acquisition and retention, negotiate strategic partnerships, and monitor the performance of the MICE business.

CamilleDucerf
Passionate about the world of hotels and events, after a BTS in hotel management, a master's degree in hotel management at the Vatel Institute and several experiences in the various hotel and restaurant professions in France and abroad (USA, Australia) Camille turned to the world of events 15 years ago, working for major Parisian caterers.
Camille joined the Domaines & événements team in 2021 as a wedding and private events manager for the Domaine de La Thibaudière and then for the Domaine de Vaujoly. Since December 2023, she has taken the position of sales manager for weddings and private events and is in charge of developing commercial activity and managing a team of business managers for the group's domains.

JulieChouanine
After obtaining her literary baccalaureate followed by her diploma in BTS Management Assistant, Julie began her career as an executive assistant in various companies in the real estate sector for a decade. Over time, Julie naturally evolved into Office Management, using her administrative expertise to optimize internal processes and promote a harmonious work environment.
In January 2022, Julie joined the Domaines & événements, team as Office Manager and Assistant to the President. Today, Julie holds the position of HR Manager, where she uses her varied experience to ensure the administrative and social follow-up of personnel files, and her commitment to the respect of labor law and her concern for the well-being of employees.

SandrineMarque
A passionate entrepreneur, Sandrine dedicated seven years to developing and leading her own MICE-specialized event agency, while simultaneously establishing her own reception venue. Driven by an ambitious and structured vision, she also franchised a public relations agency, thereby asserting her expertise in business development and brand strategy.
Her career, deeply rooted in business management and growth, led her to unite and lead dedicated teams, driven by a strong conviction: that every project deserves tailored support and excellent execution.
At D&é, Sandrine leads the franchise vision and drives the company's growth strategies, working closely with General Management. As director of Domaine de la Huguenoterie, she fosters an ambitious dynamic that is both strategic and human-centric.
She guides her team through the operational, commercial, and financial aspects of the establishment, all while cultivating a crucial close relationship with her clients. Her objective: to create authentic, elegant, and unforgettable experiences.
Her philosophy guides her every action: Alone, we go faster. Together, we go further.

StéphaneBalitch
Stéphane stands out for his deeply human and collaborative approach. Committed to genuine exchanges and shared moments, he values trust, team spirit, and authentic relationships. A lover of simple pleasures – be it large, convivial meals, lively discussions, or musical moments – he fosters a warm and vibrant approach to gatherings, where everyone naturally finds their place.
He plays a key role in supporting domain directors and their teams to optimize service quality, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and the local integration of each site. He ensures the formalization, harmonization, and proper application of internal processes across all domains.
He also leads several cross-functional projects, including procurement management, the deployment of the Sémin’Air de famille and Séminaires famille catering offers, as well as the negotiation and monitoring of framework agreements. In parallel, he provides his expertise on technical and regulatory issues (maintenance, ERP, safety registers) to ensure the compliance of the establishments.
Finally, he actively contributes to the upskilling of teams and human resources monitoring, particularly through work on job descriptions, team organization, and resource planning.

ShirleyNaar
Shirley has built a rich professional background across various sectors over the years. She began her career in the hospitality industry, working for more than eleven years in her parents' establishment. This work allowed her to develop expertise in high-end customer service.
She then continued her studies at ESTACOM business school, where she specialised in marketing. During her Bachelor's degree, she seized the opportunity to work for Volkswagen Skoda, a major automotive group, where she was able to put her marketing knowledge into practice at an industrial level. She then went on to complete an MBA in Strategic Business Management, specialising in General Management and Marketing, on a work-study basis with a website design company, which allowed her to develop technical and digital skills and take on responsibilities such as training and client management.
In 2020, Shirley joined Domaines & événements. Since January 2025, she has been Group and Estates Marketing Manager. She manages the group's overall marketing strategy and oversees its digital, event and print activity. She leads a team and supports apprentices with rigour and care. Her role includes managing the websites, social media, and SEO/SEA, as well as coordinating events. She led the redesign of the websites, the group's rebranding and the structuring of communication materials. Shirley is recognised for her versatility, rigour and hands-on vision. She implements a coherent marketing strategy, rooted in D&é's human and heritage values.

Melik Djelloud
After an initial experience as a freelance web designer, he helps individuals create websites tailored to their needs. This activity allowed him to develop his skills in project management, client relations, and digital design. Eager to deepen his expertise in data and customer relationship management, he then pursued training as a CRM Project Manager.
At Domaines & événements, he works as a CRM Project Manager Intern. He supports the teams in optimizing CRM tools, managing and analyzing customer data, as well as creating reports and automating certain processes. He also contributes to improving the tools and resources provided to sales teams to enhance their daily efficiency.

With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for leading groups such as Accor and Club Med both in France and internationally, she has spent more than thirteen years managing Parisian hotels. Her career has been marked by the management of luxury hotels, the oversight of ambitious renovation projects, and the enhancement of the guest experience, giving her solid expertise in bringing out the best in exceptional venues.
As part of the Domaines & événements team, she draws on her experience to promote the Domaine d'Aveny, enhancing its appeal and helping to organize memorable events. With a passion for hospitality, event planning, and the art of entertaining, she works tirelessly every day to bring this exceptional venue to life, enrich its history, and offer every guest an experience that lives up to its unique heritage.
