Places born of entrepreneurial vision and passion
It is a Ampersand story ! You know the” & ” of our logo, a symbol of union? And our history is first and foremost an encounter, a meeting of different men and worlds, that of the “Domains” and that of the “Events”.
The “Domaines” is the domain of Nicolas, the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur, the lover of beauty, art, architectural and natural heritage. A real estate man, contrary to beliefs, he believes in”Renewal of campaigns“and in need of authenticity!
The “events” are the talents who joined it: enthusiastic women and men, passionate about people. Their job: organize weddings, of Green seminars, events that bring together, unite and create links. “Unite & Reunite” becomes their creed.
It all starts with a first meeting: Nicolas and Geoffroy, a restaurateur looking for a place in western Paris to develop an event project. Immediate crush on La Thibaudière, a stately farm with raw charm. Renovated between 2018 and 2019, it became the very first domain, dreamed of as a ideal country house to meet, celebrate and work differently. “Right, I have my dream house. Face, I have a dream business! Nicolas said to himself, “and the countryside is not expensive...” The bet is winning: immediate success from 2019... until Covid. La Thibaudière is closing. A break? No, Accelerator. Confinement is becoming a moment of retreat, conducive to vision. And it was in the very heart of Thibaudière that, in a few weeks, was born, the “D&é” double project.
At the heart of it is the constitution of a team of professionals in marketing, sales, events, hotels, HR, finance, management... and a brand”Domains & events“, with the idea of making it possible to make profitable (and therefore to renovate) the heritage through private (weddings) and professional events (seminars). From today, unit & brings together around fifty employees and varied skills around this project.
At the same time, Nicolas created “D&é Invest“, an investment company that creates or acquires the walls and/or the businesses of the domains.
After La Thibaudière, in western Paris, in 2019, the second domain arrived very quickly, La Roche Couridor, in the Chevreuse forest in spring 2020 (sic), then LE Domaine de Vaujoly, near Chartres at the end of 2020, Aveny Castle, in Vexin in 2021 (as co-owner), The Castle of Barrenques, in Provence in 2022, Grand Morin Castle, in Seine-et-Marne in June 2025 and The Domaine de la Vivande, scheduled for June 2026.

The ambition
After Provence and eastern Paris, D&é is now open to setting up in the suburban countryside of the greater Paris region, Normandy, Provence, Centre and Hauts-de-France. The 'D&é' brand implies a heavy investment in real estate and furnishings for the owners, and in in-house skills for Domaines & événements. Indeed, D&é's mixed positioning implies multiplying events by walking on 2 legs: private clientele (weddings, etc.) and professional clientele (corporate events, etc.).
In addition to investment via D&é Invest, D&é is now open to owner-investors in management or rental, and to owner-operators in franchise or concession. We offer a 360° service: pre-project study, financing file, project design, project management, opening, marketing, commercialization, operational standards, performance monitoring, purchasing, HR, legal issues...
