Domaines & événements was born out of the covid crisis and the pressing need to professionalize the management of event venues, particularly in the countryside.

LouMerle
Lou Merle has a solid experience in the organization and coordination of events, especially in the field of weddings. She has been the director of Poncheri Weddings since 2019, where she managed the complete organization of weddings, the decoration and the coordination of events. Previously, she worked as a freelance wedding planner at MC2 Mon Amour, where she was in charge of finding service providers, managing wedding files for Parisian palaces and coordinating events. His background also includes experience in luxury leather goods, especially as a prototypist for Louis Vuitton and other major brands. With a background in product design and styling, she combines creativity, a sense of detail and organizational rigor to offer unique and tailor-made experiences.
Lou is in charge of the development and commercial management of weddings at Domaine du Grand Morin. Its role encompasses the entire customer journey, from making contact to carrying out the event.
It ensures the processing of incoming requests via various platforms. In close collaboration with the Domaine Director, she anticipates logistical and organizational needs to ensure a seamless experience for couples who choose Domaine du Grand Morin for their big day.

Clémence From Bastier
Clémence began her professional career by working for seven years for a major caterer in the South of France, an experience that allowed her to acquire solid expertise in the organization of events. Following this rewarding period, she decided to devote herself fully to the world of weddings by joining the team at Domaine des Barrenques in Provence.
At Domaine des Barrenques, Clémence takes great pleasure in marketing this enchanting and historic place. It is dedicated to the discovery and promotion of this idyllic setting for future newlyweds, supporting them closely in the realization of their marriage project.

MarineGarden
Marine, holder of a BTS in Communication and a Bachelor in Events and Communication completed during an apprenticeship in a Community of Municipalities in Calvados, is currently pursuing a Master in “Events, Influence & Reputation” at ISCOM in Rouen. Her various professional experiences have allowed her to develop a wide range of skills, in particular in digital communication, print, radio, press, as well as in event management. She has successfully intervened in both internal and external contexts, thus strengthening her expertise in the coordination of events, project management and the development of innovative communication strategies. Marine also stands out for its ability to adapt to dynamic environments, while providing creative and effective solutions to meet the needs of the structures with which it has collaborated.
Passionate about communication and digital marketing, she recently joined the Domaines & Events team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and Content Analyst on an alternating basis. In this role, she is responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of digital content strategies. She works with the marketing team to develop innovative and powerful campaigns. Its objective is to strengthen user engagement, generate qualified traffic and improve the overall performance of Domains & Events and its domains.

LilouLegagneux
Après un Bachelor en UX Design, Lilou poursuit actuellement un Master en Communication, Marketing et Stratégie d’Entreprise. Elle a construit l’ensemble de son parcours en alternance, ce qui lui a offert une véritable immersion dans le monde professionnel et lui a permis de développer des compétences concrètes en stratégie marketing, communication digitale et gestion de projets.
Avec déjà cinq années d’expérience en entreprise, elle allie créativité, vision stratégique et approche orientée résultats. Cette double expertise lui permet d’aborder chaque mission avec une compréhension fine des enjeux de terrain et une capacité d’adaptation qui enrichit ses projets.
Curieuse et passionnée par le marketing digital et l’univers événementiel, Lilou a rejoint Domaines & événements en tant que Chargée de projets marketing digital. Son rôle consiste à valoriser les différents domaines du groupe à travers des actions de communication innovantes, à renforcer leur visibilité en ligne et à créer une expérience digitale engageante pour les visiteurs.

LolaEvrard
Lola has a BTS Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Events and Communication. Currently in the final year of the Master's degree in “Events, Influence & Reputation” at ISCOM in Rouen, she completed her entire apprenticeship program, occupying various positions such as event project manager, digital communication manager and communication and marketing manager. These experiences allowed him to develop solid skills in project management, content creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
Passionate about events and communication, Lola joined Domaines & Events as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and an alternating Content Analyst, she participates in the implementation of communication strategies and the creation of digital content. It contributes to the development of the brand image of the group and of the various areas, by strengthening their visibility and their commitment to their various audiences.

SandraTronson
After a BTS Communication, Sandra specialized in events and MICE by joining an event agency in Nantes on an alternating basis. Driven by the desire to discover new horizons, she then left for several months in New Zealand, where she immersed herself fully in the local culture through various enriching professional experiences.
Back in France, she is pursuing a Master's degree in International Event Management & Marketing as an apprenticeship with a hospitality provider, thus developing solid skills in management and human resources. With this international background and her expertise in event organization, she chose to reconnect with the dynamic MICE sector by joining Domaines & Events.
Today, as an MICE Commercial Project Manager at Domaines & Events, Sandra supports her clients in the design and implementation of their seminars, conventions and professional events. She manages each project from start to finish, from the definition of needs to the coordination on the big day, with the aim of offering personalized and tailor-made solutions.
Her role is also to work closely with internal teams to ensure that each event meets the highest standards of quality and reflects the DNA of Domaines & Events: creating unique, friendly and memorable experiences in exceptional heritage places.

EvaCharruault
Après avoir obtenu un baccalauréat professionnel Métiers de l’Accueil au lycée Saint-Vincent de Paul à Versailles, Eva a poursuivi son parcours avec un BTS Gestion des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises, réalisé en alternance au Ministère des Armées, au sein du service Défense Mobilité.
En parallèle, elle a enrichi son expérience grâce à plusieurs emplois étudiants dans le secteur de l’accueil et de l’événementiel, notamment au sein de l’entreprise Les P’tits Loups d’abord, spécialisée dans la garde d’enfants lors d’événements privés et professionnels. Ces missions lui ont permis de découvrir et de développer une véritable passion pour l’organisation d’événements et la gestion de projets événementiels.
Souhaitant se spécialiser, Eva a intégré un Bachelor Chef de Projet Événementiel à l’ISEFAC Paris.
Aujourd’hui, Eva est adjointe de direction en alternance au Domaine de la Roche Couloir, où chaque journée offre de nouvelles opportunités de concevoir, organiser et coordonner des événements sur mesure. Son rôle l’amène à travailler en lien direct avec les clients, les prestataires et les équipes internes, afin de garantir une expérience mémorable et un haut niveau de qualité.
Animée par une passion croissante pour l’événementiel de prestige, Eva met son sens de l’organisation, sa rigueur et sa créativité au service de chaque projet, contribuant ainsi au rayonnement et à la réputation d’excellence du Domaine de la Roche Couloir et de Domaines & événements.

AnaëlleAkkush
Currently studying for a Bachelor in Event Project Manager at ISEFAC Paris, Anaëlle has already had the opportunity to explore the world of event organization through several enriching experiences. Driven by a passion for creating unique moments and by a taste for human contact, she develops her skills in project management, logistical coordination and customer relationships. Its objective: to put its dynamism and creativity at the service of Domaines & Events in order to contribute to the success of weddings, seminars and tailor-made events.
As an alternating Executive Assistant at Domaine du Grand Morin, she accompanies the team in the preparation and follow-up of weddings, corporate seminars and private events. Its missions cover the reception and support of customers, the coordination of service providers as well as the daily management of the estate, in order to guarantee a smooth organization and a memorable experience for each guest.

WalidMaza
Walid started his career in the mechanical workshops of Air France, where he developed rigor and a sense of work well done. He then turned to accounting before turning to human resources, a field in which he found his way and is fully developing today.
As an HR assistant and office manager on a work-study basis, Walid ensures the administrative management of personnel and supports the company's various HR processes. Present and attentive, he ensures the well-being of employees, promotes a climate of trust and supports them in their professional development within Domaines & Events.
