Domaines & événements was born out of the covid crisis and the pressing need to professionalize the management of event venues, particularly in the countryside.

VictoriaGentelet
Victoria started her training with a BTS Communication, before continuing with a degree in Luxury Marketing, which allowed her to explore different worlds and acquire a broad vision of strategy and customer experience. Her first position led her to the event industry as a communication and logistics manager for a show production agency.
She then enriched her career through several missions in the sectors of commerce and event organization, which allowed her to develop both her commercial skills and her sense of organization. This experience led her to occupy the position of Wedding and Seminar Sales Manager for a field in Île-de-France. It was then that she confirmed her true vocation: to support future newlyweds and businesses in the realization of their projects, by creating unique and memorable moments.
Since August 18, 2025, Victoria has joined Domaines & Events as a Commercial Weddings and Private Events. Today, she helps clients organize their receptions at the Domaine de la Thibaudière and the Domaine de Vaujoly, two exceptional places specialized in hosting weddings, seminars and tailor-made events.
Her role is to ensure the complete follow-up of each project, from the first contact to the day of the event, by working hand in hand with domain managers and their assistants. Thanks to her attentiveness, her sense of detail and her creativity, Victoria ensures that each reception takes place in the best conditions.
Passionate about wedding planning and high-end events, she sees each project as an opportunity to create unforgettable memories. His daily life is punctuated by customer relationships, the coordination of service providers and the desire to make those who choose Domaines & Events domains dream to celebrate their most precious moments.

jeffersonJose Gutierrez Betancourt
Jefferson started his professional career 10 years ago at the same time as studying catering and hospitality in Spain. After obtaining his BTS diploma, he decided to continue his professional career in France occupying various positions until he became a butler.
Jefferson joined the Domaines & Events team in April 2024, as an executive assistant at Domaine d'Aveny.

SophieFavreau
Sophie started her career as a sales manager in various big houses such as JC Decaux, Guerlain or Adidas. At the dawn of her 30th birthday, she decided to take a 180° turn by taking her CAP Cuisine at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (CFA Médéric).
Following this most rewarding experience, it became obvious to combine a commercial background with a passion for cooking. She then joined a major caterer in Yvelines where she organized wedding receptions and private events for 5 years.
Sophie is now part of the teams at Château d'Aveny where she is in charge of marketing this enchanting place and supporting customers in organizing weddings and private events.

ElodieTonneau
Elodie began her academic career with studies in the hotel and restaurant industry with degrees in bakery, pastry and chocolate and a BTS in hotel and catering option hotel management. Following this and to follow her desire for more comprehensive customer support, she also completed a Bachelor's degree in event project manager and a Master in events and public relations.
During these various experiences, Elodie was able to perfect her experience in several restaurants, hotels and reception venues before joining Domaines & Events in 2021 within the Domaine de La Roche Couridor.
Elodie is now responsible for private events at the Domaine de La Roche Courier and accompanies the bride and groom, from the request for information until the big day. Support for several months to make their big day an exceptional moment in the heart of a charming estate in the enchanting Chevreuse Valley.

LouMerle
Lou Merle has a solid experience in the organization and coordination of events, especially in the field of weddings. She has been the director of Poncheri Weddings since 2019, where she managed the complete organization of weddings, the decoration and the coordination of events. Previously, she worked as a freelance wedding planner at MC2 Mon Amour, where she was in charge of finding service providers, managing wedding files for Parisian palaces and coordinating events. His background also includes experience in luxury leather goods, especially as a prototypist for Louis Vuitton and other major brands. With a background in product design and styling, she combines creativity, a sense of detail and organizational rigor to offer unique and tailor-made experiences.
Lou is in charge of the development and commercial management of weddings at Domaine du Grand Morin. Its role encompasses the entire customer journey, from making contact to carrying out the event.
It ensures the processing of incoming requests via various platforms. In close collaboration with the Domaine Director, she anticipates logistical and organizational needs to ensure a seamless experience for couples who choose Domaine du Grand Morin for their big day.

Clémence De Bastier
Clémence began her professional career by working for seven years for a major caterer in the South of France, an experience that allowed her to acquire solid expertise in the organization of events. Following this rewarding period, she decided to devote herself fully to the world of weddings by joining the team at Domaine des Barrenques in Provence.
At Domaine des Barrenques, Clémence takes great pleasure in marketing this enchanting and historic place. It is dedicated to the discovery and promotion of this idyllic setting for future newlyweds, supporting them closely in the realization of their marriage project.

MarineJardin
Marine, holder of a BTS in Communication and a Bachelor in Events and Communication completed during an apprenticeship in a Community of Municipalities in Calvados, is currently pursuing a Master in “Events, Influence & Reputation” at ISCOM in Rouen. Her various professional experiences have allowed her to develop a wide range of skills, in particular in digital communication, print, radio, press, as well as in event management. She has successfully intervened in both internal and external contexts, thus strengthening her expertise in the coordination of events, project management and the development of innovative communication strategies. Marine also stands out for its ability to adapt to dynamic environments, while providing creative and effective solutions to meet the needs of the structures with which it has collaborated.
Passionate about communication and digital marketing, she recently joined the Domaines & Events team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and Content Analyst on an alternating basis. In this role, she is responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of digital content strategies. She works with the marketing team to develop innovative and powerful campaigns. Its objective is to strengthen user engagement, generate qualified traffic and improve the overall performance of Domains & Events and its domains.

LilouLegagneux
After earning a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Lilou is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, and Business Strategy. She has built her entire career path through work-study programs, which have provided her with a true immersion in the professional world and allowed her to develop practical skills in marketing strategy, digital communication, and project management. With five years of corporate experience under her belt, she combines creativity, strategic vision, and a results-oriented approach. This dual expertise allows her to tackle every project with a deep understanding of real-world challenges and an adaptability that enriches her work.
Curious and passionate about digital marketing and the events industry, Lilou joined Domaines & événements as a Digital Marketing Project Manager. Her role involves promoting the group’s various estates through innovative communication initiatives, boosting their online visibility, and creating an engaging digital experience for visitors.

LolaEvrard
Lola has a BTS Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Events and Communication. Currently in the final year of the Master's degree in “Events, Influence & Reputation” at ISCOM in Rouen, she completed her entire apprenticeship program, occupying various positions such as event project manager, digital communication manager and communication and marketing manager. These experiences allowed him to develop solid skills in project management, content creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
Passionate about events and communication, Lola joined Domaines & Events as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and an alternating Content Analyst, she participates in the implementation of communication strategies and the creation of digital content. It contributes to the development of the brand image of the group and of the various areas, by strengthening their visibility and their commitment to their various audiences.

SandraTronson
After a BTS Communication, Sandra specialized in events and MICE by joining an event agency in Nantes on an alternating basis. Driven by the desire to discover new horizons, she then left for several months in New Zealand, where she immersed herself fully in the local culture through various enriching professional experiences.
Back in France, she is pursuing a Master's degree in International Event Management & Marketing as an apprenticeship with a hospitality provider, thus developing solid skills in management and human resources. With this international background and her expertise in event organization, she chose to reconnect with the dynamic MICE sector by joining Domaines & Events.
Today, as an MICE Commercial Project Manager at Domaines & Events, Sandra supports her clients in the design and implementation of their seminars, conventions and professional events. She manages each project from start to finish, from the definition of needs to the coordination on the big day, with the aim of offering personalized and tailor-made solutions.
Her role is also to work closely with internal teams to ensure that each event meets the highest standards of quality and reflects the DNA of Domaines & Events: creating unique, friendly and memorable experiences in exceptional heritage places.

EvaCharruault
After earning a vocational baccalaureate in Hospitality at Saint-Vincent de Paul High School in Versailles, Eva continued her education with a BTS in Small and Medium-Sized Business Management, which she completed through a work-study program at the Ministry of the Armed Forces, within the Defense Mobility department. At the same time, she gained valuable experience through several student jobs in the hospitality and events sector, notably at Les P’tits Loups d’abord, a company specializing in childcare services for private and professional events. These assignments allowed her to discover and develop a genuine passion for event planning and event project management. Seeking to specialize, Eva enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Event Project Management at ISEFAC Paris.

Today, Eva is an executive assistant on a work-study program at Domaine de la Roche Couloir, where every day brings new opportunities to design, organize, and coordinate bespoke events. Her role involves working directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a memorable experience and a high standard of quality. Driven by a growing passion for high-end events, Eva brings her organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to every project, thereby contributing to the reputation and prestige of Domaine de la Roche Couloir and Domaines & événements.

AnaëlleAkkouche
Currently studying for a Bachelor in Event Project Manager at ISEFAC Paris, Anaëlle has already had the opportunity to explore the world of event organization through several enriching experiences. Driven by a passion for creating unique moments and by a taste for human contact, she develops her skills in project management, logistical coordination and customer relationships. Its objective: to put its dynamism and creativity at the service of Domaines & Events in order to contribute to the success of weddings, seminars and tailor-made events.
As an alternating Executive Assistant at Domaine du Grand Morin, she accompanies the team in the preparation and follow-up of weddings, corporate seminars and private events. Its missions cover the reception and support of customers, the coordination of service providers as well as the daily management of the estate, in order to guarantee a smooth organization and a memorable experience for each guest.
